Geotechnical Investigation for Proposed Construction of G+20 Storey Residential Building with 2-Level Basement, Bandra (E)

MRUDA Geotech Consultants was appointed as the Geotechnical Consultant for the construction of a G+20-storey residential building with a 2-level basement in Kalanagar, Bandra, Mumbai. The project involved comprehensive Geotechnical investigations. Our team conducted detailed fieldwork, including borehole drilling (2 boreholes of 15m depth and 3 boreholes at 10m depth), followed by laboratory testing of soil, rock, and water samples. We delivered a complete Geotechnical Report with Safe Bearing Capacity (SBC) recommendations to ensure a stable foundation for the high-rise structure. This project work highlights our commitment to providing precise Geotechnical solutions for complex urban developments.

Geotechnical Investigation and Consultation for Soil Mapping Below Existing RCC Retaining Wall for Kagal-Satara Road Widening Project, NH-4/48, Satara, MH

MRUDA Geotech Consultants served as the Geotechnical consultant for the Kagal-Satara road widening project along NH-48 in Maharashtra. Commissioned by NHAI through and executed by D P Jain & Company, Nagpur, this project focused on soil mapping below the existing RCC retaining wall. Our team conducted comprehensive fieldwork, including borehole drilling (2 boreholes of 12m depth), trial pits, and core cutting of embankment soil, along with thorough laboratory testing of soil, rock, and water samples. We provided a detailed Geotechnical Report with Safe Bearing Capacity (SBC) recommendations to ensure structural stability during road widening. Soil Investigation Report for Proposed Water Treatment Plant at Yavateshwar, Satara, MH

MRUDA Geotech Consultants was engaged as the Geotechnical investigation agency for the proposed Water Treatment Plant at Yavateshwar, Satara, commissioned by the Satara Municipal Council and executed by SA Infra, Pune. The project involved a comprehensive Geotechnical investigation, including borehole drilling (5 boreholes of 10m depth each, focusing on Rock drilling), as well as detailed laboratory testing of soil, rock, and water samples. Our team provided a complete Geotechnical Report with Safe Bearing Capacity (SBC) recommendations, ensuring a stable foundation for the water treatment infrastructure. Ground Improvement Consultation for foundation of Proposed 12.0m High RE Walls for 2 RoB and 1 VUP, Guwahati-Bilaspur Section, Assam

MRUDA Geotech Consultants provided ground improvement consultation for the proposed construction of 12.0m high Reinforced Earth (RE) walls supporting 2 Road Over Bridges (RoB) and 1 Vehicular Underpass (VUP) in Assam. Engaged by NHAI and executed by RSB Infra P.L., Rajasthan, this project involved proposing a detailed ground improvement scheme utilizing granular piles and stone columns to ensure structural stability. The total project length spanned 2 KM with a width of 24 meters. This consultation showcases our expertise in delivering effective ground improvement solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects.


Reinforced Earth Wall Design for Heights Ranging from 1.5m to 12.0m with Panel Facia, Assam

MRUDA Geotech Consultants acted as the Design Consultant for the construction of Reinforced Earth (RE) walls with panel facia, ranging from 1.5m to 12.0m in height in Assam. Commissioned by NHAI and executed by RSB Infra P.L., Rajasthan, this project involved the detailed design of RE walls, preparation of elevation drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ), as well as obtaining approval from the Authority Engineer (AE). The project covered a total facia area of 20,000 sqm, showcasing our proficiency in delivering accurate and approved RE wall designs for large infrastructure projects.

Engaged by NHAI and executed by RSB Infra P.L., Rajasthan, the project involved the detailed design of RE walls, preparation of elevation drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ), along with securing approval from the Authority Engineer (AE). MRUDA Geotech Consultants acted as the design consultant for the construction of Reinforced Earth (RE) walls with block facia, ranging from 1.5m to 10.0m in height, in Kolkata, West Bengal. Commissioned by NHAI and executed by BB Infra, Rajasthan, this project involved the detailed design of RE walls utilizing fly ash and soil as backfill materials. We provided elevation drawings, and a Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and secured approval from the NIT Durgapur (Authority Engineer). Spanning a total facia area of 21,000 sqm, this project showcases our ability to deliver innovative and sustainable RE wall designs for large-scale infrastructure developments.

Geotechnical Investigation and Pile Capacity Design for Elevated Metro Project, Mumbai

MRUDA Geotech Consultants served as the Geotechnical consultant for the elevated metro project commissioned by MMRDA via Reliance Astaldi JV to provide Geotechnical Investigation reports. The project involved the Geotechnical investigation report with Geotechnical pile capacity design for the foundations of 130+ pier locations along an 8 km stretch (the first segment of a total 32 km metro line). Our team provided a comprehensive Geotechnical Report and designed the pile capacities to ensure the stability and safety of each pier foundation.
